This is a cost efficient and time effective way to sell or buy whatever you want. It's very easy to do and you don't even have to register for an account if you don't want to. This is what people like. Options. No one likes to be told what to do or that they have to do something a certain way. Of course there are guidelines you do have to follow on sites such as this but not as bad as "auction sites".

One thing you really want to make sure you follow through with is the spamming. Don't do it on sites like this or you could end up ruining a really good thing for yourself!
